I take a photo of the postbox from which the postcards of this project will be sent and print it on those postcards. I send the postcards to four randomly chosen recipients, across four different countries.
Work statement

Obviously, there is a close relationship between a letter or postcard and the postbox it is sent from. While the postcard of a mail art project lies on my desk, it is recklessly tortured by my tools and talents. Only when I drop it into the postbox does it enter its natural environment. There, for a few hours, it can rest in the company of other cards and letters before being burdened with the journey across the globe.
